Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. Failure to comply may result in being blacklisted and/or reported to Artists Beware.For any questions, feel free to contact me on Discord (@incredibly), Telegram (@elenemy), or any of my linked social media.1. General
I reserve the right to reject any commission at my discretion. My basic guidelines are listed after the terms.2. Payment
I take payment through PayPal invoices, Ko-Fi and Revolut after the initial sketch. If you don't go through with payment, you forfeit the right to use the sketch sent to you. Payment plans are available for commissions over 100 EUR.2.1 Refunds
A full refund is available before the linework begins; partial refunds are not offered. By requesting a refund, you waive the right to use any artwork previously sent to you. If I terminate your commission, you will be refunded. If you stop communication without warning, I will freeze work on the project until you contact me again and no refund will be given.3. Copyright
You may not use my artwork for commercial use (advertising, merchandise, etc) without my explicit written permission. Instead, you may contact me so we can work out an agreement.3.1 Social Media
I reserve the right to post artwork you commissioned on my social media. You may ask to remain anonymous as the commissioner. You may post artwork commissioned by you to your social media as long as you credit me and link back to me (to my Twitter, toyhou.se, FurAffinity or this portfolio.) You don't need to credit me to use my artwork as your icon, but I'd appreciate it!3.2 AI, NFTs
You may not use any of my artwork, commissioned by you or otherwise, to train AI art models or generators. The same applies to using my artwork for NFTs.4. Revisions
Revisions are free before the lineart phase. After, small revisions are free, but I may charge for excessive or major revisions (like changing the pose). Please don't ask for revisions after I've finished the artwork -- that's what the progress updates are for!4.1 Edits by the Commissioner
For character sheet commissions, small edits (e.g. color adjustments, adding tattoos or accessories) are OK, and a .PSD file is provided. You may also change the layout and text, provided my signature remains intact. For major changes, please contact me. For illustrations, do not edit the artwork, except to add a background of your choice to a transparent piece.5. Reselling
You may resell, trade or gift my designs, but not for more than the original price without additional artwork included.6. Mature content
By requesting mature content (nudity, extreme gore, sexual content) you confirm that you are over 18 and understand that I will terminate the commission if I find out otherwise.
